At the Livano multifamily development, we completed moisture conditioning with poly cap on select buildings and installed a select fill cap on apartment structures to meet engineering specifications. The project also included cutting and stabilizing a detention pond to support proper stormwater management. Lime stabilization of the fire lanes and construction of turn lanes into the site further enhanced accessibility and long-term pavement performance across the development.
