Rowlett East

Rowlett East is a multifamily housing project featuring full moisture conditioning and poly-capped building pads for enhanced soil stability. Our scope includes lime stabilization of the dumpster area, flex base subgrade preparation for fire lanes, and lime and cement stabilization for the public roadways. A dedicated turn lane into the development further improves site access and traffic flow, ensuring both functionality and compliance with municipal standards.
